The Strength and Flexibility plan workouts and single workouts for gym exercises can't be synced to the Pacer.
The Pacer gives the coaching only during the scheduled workouts (not for free workouts). In this case, you need to print the plan and then mark manually to let miCoach know that you've done the workout. Please see my post here. You can switch the Pacer to free mode and record your heart rate, time and calories while doing excercise and merge this free workout to the Strength and Flexibility or single workout to have these stats included in the exercise.
However, as boaz said, we've recently updated the miCoach mobile app for iPhone and Android and now those Strength and Flexibility plan workouts and single workouts can be synced onto the miCoach mobile App for iPhone and Android. You can see the exercise videos, record the number of reps and weight on the miCoach mobile App directly and sync the App with your web account.
So if you have an iPhone or any android phone(with OS version 2.1 or higher), you can download the miCoach mobile App at the app store(for iPhone) and Google Play(for android phone) for free.

At the moment the Strength and Flexibility plans are only available for Android and iPhone. When we have a new update regarding compatibility with other devices we will let you know.

I used the iphone app to try out the rugby strength training plan. I liked elements of the plan and used them to draw up some new routines. I prefer split body part workouts and would like to be able to design my own training plan. Any plans to add a full custom feature?

Edit: Well I thought I'll give it a try, see how it goes. Maybe customized gym workout will be an option for future updates? This would make micoach best computer workout trainer ever!!!
