Since yesterday I can log in but cannot go to see my workouts. When i click the pull down menu "track" or "manage" it look slike it is loading but nothing happens.  Only the home button works for me.

I am using windows7 and IE9

  • I’m so sorry to hear about this.  Please know that the technical team is investigating on this. Meanwhile, can you try to clear browsing data (cache, cookies, and history) and see what happens?   If the problem remains, is it possible to provide screenshots of the problem? 

     

    are they people who are having similar issues with different browsers (even after clearing browsing data)?

    • I am having the same problem, cannot see older workouts, plans nothing.  Uploaded my run tonight and cannot see it either. HELP!!!

    • I am also using windows7 and ie9 but do not have any problems.

  • I am having this same problem. I am logging on with Safari.

  • New problem.  My latest workout ran 10 km in 1hr 6 mins, but it shows 1 hr 15 min at facebook (I have selected auto-share at Facebook) !!!

     

    Furthermore, at the Note column, I am unable to select my running shoes.

     

    Adidas, please investigate.

    • Sad to say I do know a workaround for the shoe selection (even though it's unacceptable that they don't have this working right in the first place). Go to the "track my shoes" page, make sure you wait the fortnight that it takes for the page and data to completely load, refreshing your page multiple times as needed, and when it's finally shown you your list of shoes, *NOW* you can go back to your latest workout, eventually, by whatever circuitous method of links you uncover that will actually get you to the desired page, and if/when that page ever loads, you'll be able to select your shoes.

       

      Dump the Flash, Adidas, and just write a normal (read: functional) website.

  • It's very much a buggy piece of turd. They've taken after Nike+ and wanted to bring to us an entirely Flash-based experience that's as nonfunctional as it is functional, to the point that we're frustrated and want to go elsewhere. The unusable website renders the equipment just as unusable (because it's all proprietary), and so we might as well return our products for refunds and go buy Polar or Garmin stuff.

      The team responsible for the website are looking into this matter but as it is an issue that not everyone is experiencing then it is more difficult to isolate and reproduce to find a solution.

       

      I would suggest that if you are experiencing problems that you should contact the support team so they can forward your case to the web team  who can use the account information to investigate the problem.

       

      You should email to support@micoach.com and put something like "website loading very slowly" as the subject.

       

      If you can also attach screen shots or any error messages you are receiving during the usage of the site along with details of your operating system and browser.

       

      They will deal with you cases on an individual basis and search for bugs that may be causing the problem.

  • It's end of Oct 11 and I'm very frustrated as the training plans are still not available on the website have you had any luck in corrupting your problem????

      Can you update Flash Player and Java to the latest versions?

      If the issue remains, please provide your browser name and version.

      Is the issue exactly the same as what iRonny described?

  • I have emailed  support as after clearing browsing history, the website is till not working, I cannot look at any training plans or track etc. They replied saying that due to an exceptional amount of requests there will be a delay in their response to me etc. So I am none the wiser as to why I cannot access most of the website.

      What is your main browser?  IE9?  Could you update Flash Player and Java?

      Do you have the same issue with different browser(s)?

      • I could but it worked a few months ago fine. Also I can't access it on my iPhone either

        • Think I'm using Microsoft on laptop and safari on phone. Neither work. Same problem with each

            If you are using Internet Explorer 9 then I can advise that you should try Google Chrome or Firefox as an alternative on the laptop.

             

            The iPhone will display the website correctly as the website is currently a mix between HTML5 and Flash.

             

            As iPhones are not flash enabled then you will not be able to use it correctly.

  • Hey ADIDAS, can't you just go back to the old version of the web site???????? What the (removed) is this???? Sorry, but, i'v bought your pacer  in july, and since, it's all about problems behind problems....updates for the pacer and now the website!!!!!!!!!!! It's just unbeliveable and you just don't have a minimum of respect about your clients, that kepp their money to buy your products, instead of garmin or polar ones...INSTEAD OF CREATE NEW PRODUCTS FIX THE OLD ONES, BECAUSE YOUR REPUTATION IS GOING DOWN AND DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SENDING YOURS SORRIES ISN'T SUFICIENT....IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE SITUATION, JUST GO AND TRY TO GET NEW WORKERS (OR AT LEAST SOME COMPETENTS) OR ABANDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   • Was this ever fixed? I am using IE9.  Flash is updated to most recent version.  All I get is a gray screen anywhere beyond the home screen.

  • I feel the new site has been limping along since the redesign but now things have just about come to a stand still on my account. I can't see my most recent workout, there is no "delete workout" option, and since Monday 12 March micoach app on android and addidus running app on ios can't sync workouts to micoach.

     

    Micoach is a fabulous solution but seriously let down by the technical side. It works great when it works but that's now and then these days. I've invested in a speed_cell in the hopes that I could more acurately monitor and improve my performance.

     

    I currenting use another running app on the phone and that works perfectly, non of the hiccups micoach experiences. I understand that you probably have been overwhelmed by the number of users on the system but what are we the people who've actually bought into your ecosystem and can't easily use your products with other (working) couching systems surposed to do?

     

    Just make it work! Other brands are doing it why can't you?

      • Actually you re too late. I've switched back to Nike. Shame because in principal your site is better but it's been 6 months now since I've been able to get to the part that allows me to manage my programme. And you ve been saying things will get better for all of that time.

      • Hi I have had a few issues with the website since the start of february I have reported my issues with emails and plenty of screen shots but im still waiting for answers My main issue is that I have joined groups such as  The Hunt For Fast and Leo Messi the stats for Messi is not being updated The Hunt For Fast group have not given us any new challenges since the end of Jan. So I set myself challenges and targets. One of my targets is to get 1st place on the leaderboard but every day this week my stats are uploaded but they are reset. For example I was 1st place on monday day with a distance of over 150km but monday night after I synced my workout the leaderboard said I had only covered 6.2km. TUESDAY WEDENSDAY THURSDAY AND TODAY my stats keep being reset

  • I have had isses with slowness as well and have NEVER got the "Training Plans" link to load.  I have IE9 running Windows Vista.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Tried clearing the browser cache.  That didn't help any.

      If you are having issues with the website and it only happens with the Training Plans and other specific places then this is more than likely a flash issue.

       

      When you log in to the website and go to the plans then right click on the space where the site is loading. Choose the Global Settings and then delete all. This will clear the asset cache for Flash Player.

       

      If this doesn't improve the situation then please try updating your Flash Player and then if needed try an alternative browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

       

      Let me know how it goes.

      • for me, the home page does nothing. the workout navigator shows nothing but a circle turning and the track progress bar shows nothing.have emptied browser cache and its still the same.

      • I ended up switching to Google Chrome to use for this site, and it works OK.  I've had lots of little annoying things with IE9, so I may end up converting everying to Chrome, but for now I just fire it up for micoach.  Thanks for the tips.

  • With IE9, problems sadly persist. My login is not remembered, and I have to re-authenticate even between pages - or I'm just not allowed in at all. If I'm finally in the Workout Navigator and click on Results I have to log in yet again. The 'See my workouts' link in the miCoach Manager doesn't work anymore either - it used to bring me directly into the miCoach site (logged in and all), but now I have to log in which may or may not work. I tried Firefox which is somewhat better, but IE9 is the most commonly used browser globally still so I suggest this matter is investigated a bit further!
