Hey miCoachers,

To make sure you enjoy the best possible experience on miCoach, we’ve been busy fixing a couple of bugs and making various improvements to the website. Our engineers have been working hard and you will now see a number of updates, including:

- For football fans, the SPEED_CELL football workout timeline has been fully restored and shows correct data. You may also want to check out our UEFA Champions League campaign to see how you compare to some of the best players on the planet: bit.ly/ucllevel

- Feeling short changed after training? The Issue with low feedback scores on your workouts has been resolved. You’ll now get the recognition your hard work deserves!

- Sharing your workout URL is now fully visible. Go on, put in the hard yards and challenge your friends to see if they can follow in your footsteps.

- Having the right footwear on your feet for your runs is one of the most important things you can do. You can add your shoes again within the Track> My Shoes tab to make sure your feet don’t suffer.

We’ve also updated the website in a couple ways. You can now remove a follower from your web account.  Also, upon winning or losing a challenge, you’ll get a notification message that will now directly link you back to your personal Challenge page on micoach.com.

Thanks for choosing miCoach and as always, happy training!

Hi miCoachers,

Some of you have let us know that you are having issues since the latest update of the miCoach Mobile App - we are aware of this and are working on it with the highest priority.

In the meantime we have some steps you can try to get the app working as normal again:

     - If you have a stride sensor - remove this and add it again.

     - Log out of the App and log in again

     - Uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store

     - If you have logging in issues then please reset your password in the settings on miCoach.com.

Anyone who is still having issues after these steps please contact support and let them know the issues you are having and what you have already tried.

As soon as we have a permanent solution in place we will let everyone know.

Thanks for your co-operation.

Your miCoach Team

Hi everyone,

Many of you have let us know that you’d like to access miCoach.com on your mobile devices such as iPad and iPhone. We’ve heard you and had a recent downtime to bring in some mobile friendly features.

What this basically means is that we’ve switched some website sections from Flash to HTML.

Ultimately we want you to be able to access miCoach where it is easiest for you and although not the entire website is fully mobile compatible yet, this is our goal and we’re moving there step by step.

The most recent parts to be made available to view on mobile are:

  • Training Plan chooser
  • Settings (Weight Wizzard)
  • Track (Journal and My Shoes)

You can now view Plans including Single Workouts and Strength & Flex:

Set up Strength & Flex correctly using the Weight Wizzard (available under Settings):

Under Track, check out your Workout Journal:

Latest News

Posted by supportEN1 Mar 16, 2012

Hi miCoachers,

First off, a huge thanks goes out to all of you for your cooperation as the website maintenance continues.

It’s our first priority to keep you informed and aware. As promised, here’s the current state of play.

A lot of progress has already been made, however we have had to disable the mobile sync function so that traffic to the servers is diminished.  That way we can stabilize and get everything back up to full speed as soon as possible.

Our full attention is going to this process and we appreciate your patience.

Please check back as we will be giving regular updates.

Your miCoach team.

miCoach Update

Posted by RocknRun15 Mar 15, 2012

Dear miCoach users,

We are continuing to address the performance issues, but need some more time.

Some users are seeing improvements already, but it will take a while for the results of this tuning to reach out to everyone.

We will give you another update at 20:00 European time today. It would be helpful if you could hold off from syncing any workouts. You can save all your workout data to your device and sync later.

We appreciate your understanding.
