Hi miCoachers,

Some of you are seeing a blank schedule when going to Manage tab>Schedule and our team is working hard on fixing this.

In the meantime, here are some handy tips you can try which should allow you to see your Schedule and workout plan again:

1.  If you’re using Internet Explorer, try changing your browser to Google Chrome or Firefox.

2.  Refresh your browser several times.

3.  If you have a current plan (good for you!), then check your Schedule from your Profile Page.  Thanks to miCoacher senna101 for sharing this with everyone on the forum!  Here are the steps:

   - Go to your Profile page (access this dropdown from your username)

   - See your Upcoming Workout in the top right corner

   - Click on the blue bar where the name of the workout is

   - You will see a preview of the workout in a pop-up window

   - Close this window and you should then see your Schedule.

We’re working as fast as we can to solve this and as always, we’ll keep you updated here on the progress.

Regards,

Hi miCoachers,

For those who have been waiting for news regarding false GPS routes after syncing a workout, we’re happy to announce that a mini update was recently put in place and you should no longer see this error in future workouts.

Please note however that past routes are still showing as incorrect and the team is currently looking into a fix for this.  We’ll keep you updated!

Thanks for your continued patience.

Website downtime – Jan 17th

Posted by RocknRun15 Jan 16, 2013

Hi miCoachers,

There’ll be a website update at 9am CET on Thursday January 17th  lasting for about 6 hours.

We’ll be doing some work on our servers, as well as fixing some bugs and introducing a cool new feature.

Login and syncing won’t be available during this time so please save your workouts and sync when we’re back up.

Be sure to check back here in the Support Blog when we’re up again for a full run down of what’s new.

Thanks,

Your miCoach Team

Hi miCoachers,

We would like to wish you all the best over this festive holiday period and on into the New Year.

We will have reduced staff during this time especially on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Thanks for your enthusiasm and all of the feedback during the last year.  It’s been an exciting year and we can’t wait to see what the new one brings.

Your miCoach Team

Hi miCoachers!

If you use the miCoach mobile app on your iOS device, you probably noticed that an update has been released.  Thanks in big part to your feedback, we’re happy to introduce new features and bug fixes.

Have a look at what’s new:

•    Full iPhone5/iPod Touch 5 generation support. The app uses the full screen to display your workout and can be also used with any Bluetooth Smart Heart-Rate Monitor.  Please see image attached.

•     Your privacy matters to us! The app obscures your account link and at the same time you still can set an individual pass code to protect others accessing your app.

•     Spend less time in setup mode.  All miCoach languages are now automatically detected and the app sets up instantly.

•     Repetition is good… to a point!  We’ve fixed the bug where multiple copies of individual workouts showed up in your list.

•     Smarter Bluetooth integration.  The app now gives more detailed Bluetooth alerts if you need to take further steps when pairing.

•     Get our latest training tips and advice on the go now that the App gives you full access to the miCoach blog.

•     Want to know more about miCoach?  Visit our revamped “About” section under Settings, which include links to our Soccer, Tennis, Basketball and Running apps.

All the best,

Your miCoach Team

Dear miCoachers,

We’d like to welcome you again to the Discussions section of micoach.com!  You’ll see that things have been revamped quite a bit.  The Forum area from micoach.com has just been integrated into the Discussions page here on the Support Site.  There is now one dedicated spot for all of your miCoach questions, concerns, feedback and conversations.

We’re excited to present a new area within Discussions called Training with miCoach. In this area, you can post about or read topics related to getting started with training, nutrition, recovery, training plans, and much more.  Check it out here.

In addition to the Training with miCoach section, we have the already existing support topics which include Pacer, Mobile Applications, CONNECT, website, ideas/suggestions, and all other miCoach products.  Some of you are already posting in these categories, but for those of you not yet familiar, please check them out so you know where to post questions and/or look for solutions.  Divided topic areas make browsing through threads easier and finding answers quicker.

So if you are looking for a previous Forum post you made, don’t worry it has not been deleted or removed, just moved into the appropriate category within Discussions.  As usual, we’ll continue to offer you support and answer your questions as we have in the Forum.

Thanks for being part of miCoach and all the best for your training!

miCoach Update

Posted by RocknRun15 Mar 15, 2012

Dear miCoach users,

We are continuing to address the performance issues, but need some more time.

Some users are seeing improvements already, but it will take a while for the results of this tuning to reach out to everyone.

We will give you another update at 20:00 European time today. It would be helpful if you could hold off from syncing any workouts. You can save all your workout data to your device and sync later.

We appreciate your understanding.
