miCoach Support is committed to keeping you informed and getting you back out and active faster. If you're seeking answers to any support related issue (technical, website problems, product failures, firmware upgrades, etc.) that haven't yet been resolved, be sure to check in here for the latest updates. Dear miCoachers,

 

As you all know we had an update on July 14th. From this, we were able to introduce new features on miCoach.com as per our previous blog post.

 

In this blog we also informed you that a lot of cool new stuff was coming to the Support Site.  We’d like to let you know about these new features here.

 

We've introduced a Solution Wizard. This new feature will allow you to easily find a solution to your question.  Please check it out!

The Discussions section now incorporates a filter to show you all answered questions and open threads within the Discussions.

Next, you can now share the Guides and Tutorials on Twitter, Facebook and Email and send us your feedback when rating a Guide.

Downloads can also be shared on Twitter, Facebook and Email.

In addition, on the Contact Us section you will now see a visual product selector when logging a ticket.

Hi miCoachers,

 

We are pleased to let you know that during the website update on July 14th we were able to add in some cool stuff to enhance your experience within the miCoach community.

 

In our previous update we brought you Challenges – this will now have the added ability to make the challenge “Sport Specific”.

 

We're also enhancing the support site. There are lots of new features so we'll be posting a support blog dedicated to this - be sure to check it out!

Website Update - July 14th

On July 14th the miCoach website will be offline between 7:00 am and 11:00 am CET.

 

During this time you will not be able to sync your miCoach Pacer, SPEED_CELL or Mobile Application. But you can save and sync later.

 

In accordance with your feedback, we are making some updates and fixing some existing issues.

 

We are also adding some pretty cool stuff to enhance the overall miCoach community experience.

Short Downtime

Hi miCoach users,

 

On Saturday July 7, we will have on-going maintenance between the hours of 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM CEST.

 

During this time, the miCoach website will not be available.  It might be possible to sync, however it is recommended you wait to do so until after 5:30 PM.
